Our strategic planning process is designed to be transparent and comprehensive, consisting of four pivotal phases. Each phase is designed to build upon the last, ensuring a thorough, effective, and inclusive strategy.
Preparation
We will plan and prepare for a comprehensive, transparent, and inclusive process in collaboration with Adelante Partners
APR – MAY 2024
Discovery
We will collect comprehensive feedback through surveys, listening sessions, and focus groups.
JUN – OCT 2024
Creation
We will leverage all feedback to finalize our strategic plan, detailing our objectives and initiatives for the next five years.
NOV – DEC 2024
Implementation
We will commence implementing and monitoring the approved plan.
