Inland Empire Economic Partnership (IEEP), a regional organization in the California Stewardship Network, will be hosting their annual 2020 State of the Region economic forecast virtually this month. The event will feature IEEP’s Chief Economist Dr. Manfred Keil. Dr. Keil is an associate professor of economics at Claremont McKenna College at Claremont University Consortium.
Dr. Keil will be discussing the economic impact of COVID-19 on the state of the region. The discussion will then move on to what the regional road to recovery looks like.
IEEP’s mission is to serve as the two-county region’s voice for business and quality of life. Our membership, a collection of large employers in the private and public sectors, gives the organization the knowledge and perspective needed to advocate for a vibrant business and living environment in our region. IEEP supports efforts in job creation, leadership infrastructure, and regional advocacy for Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
