As we explore opportunities to thoughtfully integrate AI into our work, we want to share a new open-access resource from our national partner, T3 Advisory. We hope this research and set of tools will be useful as institutions across the postsecondary landscape navigate AI adoption.
The AI for Institutional Transformation study draws on interviews with more than 50 leaders from 33 institutions nationwide, with a strong focus on community colleges, public four-year institutions, and Minority Serving Institutions. The research examines how institutions are approaching AI in practice, what is working, and where leaders are encountering challenges.
All findings are available through a free, open-source resource hub designed for immediate use, including:
AI for Institutional Transformation Hub
- AI Adoption Rubric and AI Readiness Survey Pack to help institutions assess readiness across leadership, departments, staffs, and students
- Practical frameworks and guides that can be adapted to local contexts
- Tools and resources intended for campus teams, not just senior leadership
In addition, the partners behind this work are launching a webinar series that may be relevant for your campus networks:
