San Diego Mesa College is hosting a free webinar for all, a Forum for Grief and Resilience Building. Thus, SD Mesa welcomes anyone who’s been impacted by the deaths of Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd and so many others. During the forum, moderators will create a space to express grief, practices to uplift yourself and your family, share ideas about how to pursue justice, and psychoeducation.
