Ethnic Studies Webinar Series: Chicano Latino Studies

The second webinar in the Ethnic Studies Informational Series focuses on Chicano Latino Studies. Hosted by State Superintendent Tony Thurmond, it also features civil rights activist Dolores Huerta; Assemblymember Jose Medina, who drafted legislation to make ethnic studies a high school graduation requirement; students; and members of CDE’s newly formed Youth Advisory Council.
