Bringing People
Together
GIA unites educators, practitioners, students, community members, employers, and policymakers across the Inland Empire. Through intentional collaboration, we align strategies, share knowledge, and create the conditions for educational and economic success.
GIA’s Action Network Teams (ANTs) connect regional stakeholders to address specific challenges and opportunities across the cradle-to-career continuum. Members benefit from structured collaboration, shared learning, data-informed decision-making, and collective problem-solving.
K-12 SUCCESS ANT
Laying the Foundation for Lifelong Success

GIA’s K–12 Success Action Network Team unites educators, administrators, and community partners to strengthen early literacy, middle school math, and high school readiness. Together, we focus on ensuring every student is on track to graduate with the skills and confidence to thrive in college and beyond. From closing opportunity gaps to promoting rigorous coursework, we’re building pathways that support every child’s journey to success.

POSTSECONDARY SUCCESS ANT
Accelerating College Access and Completion

The Postsecondary Success Action Network Team works to expand equitable access to higher education and boost college completion rates. Our members collaborate to remove barriers, strengthen transfer pathways, and create more supportive environments for every student. Through shared data, best practices, and regional coordination, we’re helping more Inland Empire students earn degrees and credentials that open doors to opportunity.
CAREER SUCCESS ANT
Connecting Education to Career Opportunity

GIA’s Career Success Action Network Team bridges education and employment by aligning academic pathways with the region’s workforce needs. We bring together employers, educators, and community leaders to create seamless transitions from classroom to career. From internships and apprenticeships to innovative career pathways, our collective action ensures that Inland Empire graduates are ready to excel in a dynamic economy.
