Paula Di Dio leads research and policy development at GIA, where she translates complex data into actionable insights that advance cradle-to-career outcomes. With 20+ years of experience in higher education, strategic communication, and DEI-focused research, Paula supports GIA’s strategy through rigorous analysis and storytelling.
Originally from Argentina, Paula holds a Ph.D. in Latin American Literature from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She enjoys playing piano, gardening, and exploring the architecture and natural beauty of the Inland region.
