Lisa Des Jardins supports institutional transformation at GIA through her leadership in the Higher Endeavor initiative. With 15+ years in higher education, Lisa has led student engagement programs, taught interdisciplinary courses, and managed complex co-curricular initiatives at UC Riverside and George Mason University.
Lisa holds degrees in Conservation Biology and Environmental Science and Public Policy, and brings experience in academic advising, curriculum design, and strategic events. She lives in Southern California with her family and believes deeply in equity-driven systems change.
