The Equity Continuum is a practical, evidence-informed tool that helps organizations examine how well they are supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Developed by Growing Inland Achievement’s Equity Action Network Team, this resource offers a structured pathway to evaluate current practices, surface gaps, and build stronger equity-centered systems.

Grounded in research and shaped by regional practitioners, the tool is designed to be flexible and applicable across K–12, postsecondary, nonprofit, and community-based organizations. It supports honest self-assessment and planning toward meaningful, long-term change.
